Hi Everyone
I am morbidly obese, I have about 130lb to lose and I am so worried about being left with lots of loose, sagging skin.
My question to you all is what is the best way to avoid this?
I am drinking plenty of water to hopefully help my skin to keep its elasticity, and am doing light, stretch exercises to try and stay toned, but I am concerned that this is not going to help much.
Can anyone who has been in this position and who managed to lose huge amount of weight possibly offer me any advice, helpful hints and tips?
(I am 43 years old and live a fairly sedentary life due to Fibromyalgia/CFS)
