I would really really appreciate some feedback on my food as I seem to have been stuck at 10st12lbs for absolutely MONTHS now and I really do not know what I am doing wrong. I even try never to eat after 6pm just for indigestion purposes but I also thought it might help. This is what I ate today:
40g Flahavan Porridge oats made with water at 9am.
Baked potato, mushy peas and Lidl oven baked cod in batter (2pm) for my dinner.
Ham, cheese, onion omelette (5.30pm) for supper.
Snacks - Atkins crispy chocolate snack bar (146cals) and 1 ginger nut biscuit. drinks - water, black tea/coffee.
I don't eat fruit as I am type 2 diabetic so my focus is on keeping sugar as low as I can ie natural from fruit and artificial from junk. The odd time, I will have a banana but I don't really like it. I try to eat fresh veg most days. Can anyone help me to boost or even get started my weightloss again?. Please!!!.
