Advice please!

Just got back from the gym, feel really good :)

Did 10 mins on rowing machine, 1 min full effort and 30 secs moderate. Then did bike for 12 mins, 1 min level 15 2 mins level 10. Needless to say i felt a bit nauseous but i know thats gonna happen initially but I kept my HR at 150+

Got over my initial anxiety and fear of heading back to the gym so hopefully should keep it up!

Oh yeah I weighed myself today after 2 weeks and I've gone from 14st 12lbs to 14st 2lbs :D
