Hi all! So I've tried writing down everything I eat on the food diary sheets but they keep getting buried under other paperwork and I forget to complete them. I'm on this site several times a day so thought this would be the best place to keep one so here goes!
Green day
Breakfast - fruits of the forest yogurt (free), lots of blueberries (free), black coffee (no sugar) (free)
Lunch - M&S Edamame Soya Bean Salad (no dressing) (free), yogurt (free), melon (free), 330ml Budweiser (6.5 syns)
Dinner - 2 small slices wholemeal bread (HEXB), cheddar cheese (HEXA), Heinz tinned spaghetti (free), 1 tsp low fat margarine (1 syn)
Snacks - Cherry blossom white tea (free)
