I've done it before but never for more than a week...always really struggled with the head stuff. This time, I have a different job (teacher) so am finding the weekdays much easier as I'm so busy. That and having a very short term, imminent goal (struggling to fit into my salopettes for a skiing holiday) has seen me finally make it to two weeks, and I'm currently in the zone, so hoping I'll make it til Christmas.
Ive dropped 13lbs in 13 days, and would like to drop another half stone before Christmas.
Not oth sure what I'm doing after Christmas yet.. I'll have about a stone and a half to go, but would like to resume eating and running...not sure which diet I'll follow. Tbh, might come back to S&s as it's so quick!
