Anyone tried clear complexion tablets?

I'm in my late 20's and I've always had good skin, even when I was a teenager, but over the last few months it's got awful, when I have no makeup on I look awful

No idea what could be causing this suddenly, my diet is good etc, so I've bought some supplements, two types from Tesco - One is the tesco multi plus hair skin and nails tablets, and the other are HRI clear complexion tablets. Anyone tried these or have any other tips? Don't much fancy going to a salon and forking out for a facial

I know exactly how you feel as it happened to me a few months ago. I think the winter months don't help my skin at all but I bought this kit and its fantastic and lasts ages so its well worth the price.....

Ooh I wasn't aware of clear complexion tablets - I may try them, I've got a mini breakout right now which is unusual for me.

Haven't tried the ones for breakouts and was not particulary plagues with spots whenyoung but every spring I took sulphur tablets at mum's suggestion as that is when I got spots. I cannot actually remember if they did anygood now, sorry.
