2day's exercise: 20mins prenatal pilates this mornin n 30min power walk at lunchtime. Nothin 4 this evenin tho as I got stuck in work til late n then had 2 battle my way round Tesco b4 gettin home! lol!

Hi! Well the time's flown in so far so hopefully the rest of the pregnancy goes as smoothly. I'v been really lucky n not had any sickness or anythin. I aven't had any aches or pains so far either which my friends all seem 2 ave had durin their pregnancies, I think I'v got the pilates 2 thank 4 that! lol! :)

Well I only managed 20mins of prenatal pilates this mornin but I'm not gona beat myself up 2 much bout that since I'm already halfway thru my monthly target. Sayin that tho I'l still try harder 2moro! lol! :)

Oh how'd u find the C25K? I used run a bit b4 my pregnancy n wud love 2 start again once the baby's born so I downloaded the C25K thinkin I cud use it 2 get back in2 it......watcha reckon?
 
I'll let you know as I get further into it! Was shattered after doing it last night, I'm going to the gym tonight so will do it again tomorrow x

Good 4 u hun! I'm also doin the squat challenge but 2day was a rest day 4 me, but I'm due 2 do 170 2moro! I wud b grateful 4 yer opinion on the C25K once yer move familiar wif it 2 :)
