Mini: 6000 steps a day and 10 minutes of light weights & stretch exercise = 0 day steps and 0 light weights & stretch exercise
SJB 40 miles & 20 workouts - 30.4 / 40 miles 11/20 workouts
 
Only done 10 mins on trampette as I've pulled something in my left butt doing other exercises. :(

Still doing over 7000 steps thou. :)

So yesterday I did weights session & today HIIT & weights - both at new gym. Hoping my enthusiasm lasts!

Hi guys!

So glad to see you've been staying on track SJB and Cavegirl. You're both doing so, so well!

Sorry I haven't been checking in regularly - we've been trying to sell the house and it's taking up pretty much every spare moment. This is DD's third week at nursery - so it's meant I've been getting in my 3 x walks per week. The HIIT, however, has NOT been getting done. Still, May is a new month. I'm just pleased with my walking efforts - time to step it up though (no pun intended) and hit the gym again. I went in yesterday for spinning and tomorrow I'll be doing a session on the gym floor. I can't wait!!! I'm hoping to start with a new trainer 3 times a week as well, which is great as I need to get my strength back.
