As I mentioned on the Christmas goals thread, I lost 3.5 lbs this week. Made me feel extra great, since for the previous few weeks the number on the scale hadn't budged at all. :)

(though bought from amazon, not argos!) having said that, I've just seen tht the ones I wanted in the first place have come down Buy EKS Doctors Mechanical Scales at Argos.co.uk - Your Online Shop for Bathroom scales. Well done everyone :) I don't weigh in officially till Monday. Though I can't keep off the scales and they are not really moving. Been about 75% good on slimfast so far this week, need some 100% says for the rest of the week (+more swimming... already ready been twice) to get a nice loss this week.
 
Hi everyone! *waves*

I'd like to join! We are already in Aug but I'd love to lose 20lbs, I say 20 because I've already have a good first week in Aug and I wanna challenge myself, This Wednesday is my last weigh in before my holiday to Aiya Nappa, Will be back at the end of the month, So thought I could set myself this mini goal. In the first week of Aug I lost 8.5lbs so at least that gives me 11.5lbs to try and work too!

Yeah! I haven't been away since 2010. My best friend is out there at the moment working the strip in the bars/clubs, Shes been there since April, She was having a bit of a hard time I think and had said about going out there, I of course jumped at the chance, Turns out her younger sister was looking to go so the 2 of us, aswell as their cousin are going but Maxine - My Bestfriend, She has no idea we're all coming, She just thinks its her sister so it will be really emotional haha, Deffo going to film it :p

Can't wait!!!!

Thank you, how you are all having a good week :) think my last weigh in for this challenge is Monday 1st September. Going away in 6 weeks and the plane seats have been so uncomfortable the last few years :sigh: I really hope I can feel a difference this time.
