Hi everyone,
I know the refeed sheets we are all given advise us to come out over a week to prevent huge weight gains etc, but if we want to go out and have a drink, what is the quickest least damaging way to do it for one night, with the intention of resuming VLCD plans the next day? Looking online but most sources I'm coming up with are either opinion based or going on about refeeds. I don't want to refeed yet, this is just as a one day thing.
Is it calorie or carb based, or both? Anyone able to give me some good advice on this as I don't want to just hit McDonalds and grab a super size meal to do it, but would rather have something healthy that day prior to going out that could ensure I'm not going to be ill if I have a drink.
