Well today was weigh in day and I had another loss but not as much as i was hoping for. 2.3 lbs... . When I decided to lose weight I thought I needed to lose 130lbs but realized afterwards that my scales were of by 20lbs and I needed to lose 150lbs. I decided to set goals for each quarter of the year that I want to reach. First 13 weeks was 65lbs but than changed to 75lbs .... half of the total that I want to lose.

4 weeks to go and down 51lbs , 24lbs to go to hit my first major goal. Its achievable but 6lbs a week is a bit much to expect buy i've had 5 of my 9 weeks so far of 6lbs or more.
 
Only 2.7 lb loss this week. 58.1 lbs in the last 11 weeks. Original goal of 65lbs in 13 weeks may not be achieved 6.9 lbs to go in 2 weeks. Hopefully have a really good week this week.:)
