Hello.
I am not new to SW but I haven't done it for some time, although I have tried half-heartedly a couple of times...
I don't manage to get to group regularly so I have joined online. I have never been an online member before but have done it both as a member of a group and by myself at home. Admittedly I was more successful when attending group but I am hoping that now I at least have access to syns and HE as and when I need them I will manage ok.
There are a couple of areas I struggle with: 1, I am an emotional eater. 2, I am very stressed with university currently. 3, I become obsessed with food when doing SW which sometimes leads to me eating when I am not even hungry (am I the only one ho does this?)
I have recently come off the mini-pill as I seem to have gained a lot since being on it, and the occasions I have tried to lose weight I haven't really lost more than a few pound, over a rather long period of time.
Anyway... I know no-one can do it for me. I need to knuckle down and stop eating junk, even if I am craving it!
