Hi, as I'm a proper Lancashire lass from Bury and this year is flying by.... I got thinking about my favourite time of year Autumn. I've managed to find a SW Parkin recipe (my absolute fav). And my other favourite past time is having a lovely cup of black peas with vinegar. I have searched the Internet for information on whether they would be syn free. Does anyone have any idea?
I'm guessing they would be as they are just made with parched peas, veggie stock cube and vinegar. Just wanted some re-assurance before I stuffed my face.
