BumbleB's attempt to get back to target!!

SP day yesterday and today. May do another tomorrow but a normal EE on Sunday. I want SW roasties made with stock!! Have also bought philly light to make mushroom stroganoff so that will be another EE day soon.

Food today:

B: satsuma and chocolate orange mullerlight (day 8 of SP so added in a yogurt for calcium)

L: 3 pumpkin ryvita (B) with dairylea light (A) and half an apple (it wasn't nice!). Can't actually remember if I ate another satsuma here or not!

S: 2 satsumas

D: easy chicken curry with cauliflower rice

S: 2 apple and strawberry cereal bars (B) and a crunchie (7.5)
 
Saturday was another SP day

B: 2 satsumas and a coffee

L: leftover curry and 3 pumpkin ryvita with dairylea (A and B)

D: last of curry with plenty of broccoli, cauliflower and carrot.

S: cup of milky coffee (2nd A), 2 cereal bars (B), crunchie (7.5), sunbites (6) and 2 satsumas
 
Today I'm having a GREEN day :) :) roast potatoes are in oven as I type :)

B: hot weetabix (A and B) with raspberries

L: 2 boiled eggs and a bowl of vegetable soup

S: chocolate orange mullerlight with 2 satsumas

D: roast potatoes, roast carrot and parsnip, quorn turkey burger, onion gravy (unsure of syns, usually 1 or 2 I think) and broccoli.

S: nothing planned yet, will be 2nd B choice and some syns. Bad thing is I've no crunchies left!
 
How do you do the roasties? I am thinking about doing a pulled pork roast this weekend and the roasties sound like a great idea!
