I can't stand either the Oatmeal or the Porridge made up as stated. However, if you are the type of person who likes licking raw Victoria Sponge batter off the spoon (!) and have a sweet tooth, then try this - it's yummy!
Mix Oatmeal pack up with just enough water and a tablet sweetener to make a cake batter type consistency. Add a capful of Almond Essence - or you could try Vanilla or other essence of your choice (this isn't strictly part of the plan but there's no carbs in it and the amount of alcohol in it is so tiny I don't think it matters -it certainly hasn't affected my losses).
Mix. Eat cold.
