thought i should write up what i had yesterday so i can always look back on it if i start to feel like im loosing control!

mullerlight with grapes, strawberries & banana

pasta,tuna,tomatoes,cucumber,peppers & extra light mayo 2syns

break 2 at work
grapes, strawberries,banana & hifi light bar HXB

after work snack
mugshot & weight watchers salt & vinegar hoops 3.5 syns

total syns for the day 5.5! :D

break 2 at work
grapes, strawberries, banana & an alpen light bar 3 syns

i will update later if i have anything when i get in from work as i ususlly like a snack before bed!
 
feeling really fed up now :(
yesterday & today have been a disaster due to a family birthday party & going out for a meal last night
i get weighed on monday night so i have tomorrow to be good i suppose!
i hate it when i cant stick to the plan 100% because of socialising!
i really wanted to get 1.5lbs off to get my half stone but i doubt that will happen now!

home made soup - FREE

tea
lean pork, sweet potato mash, baby sweetcorn, carrots & 2 syns worth of gravy granules

will probably snack on something tonight but as of yet i dont know! i need to be extra good to make up for the last 2 days!

Hi, it was my own concoction of lean gammon (hubbys idea!) a pack of stewpack (carrots, parsnip, swede onions) i added a potato & used a pack of dried broth mix lentils etc. i added a couple of chicken stock cubes for a bit more flavour. it was ok just a bit too thick & bland for my taste, i think next time im going to use chicken & add a lot more spices for extra flavour!

ive just had my sunday lunch so im nice & stuffed for now!
 
the food for the rest of my day was;
my HXB 2 x hifi bars with a coffee & a mugshot for my supper.

total syns for the day.. only 2!! i get weighed tomorrow night so hopefully i wont put anything on!
 
i gained half a pound tonight :sigh: nevermind! hope it'll be off next week! in class tonight the consutant asked if i would do the weighing! so i said yep why not! i enjoyed it :) im doing it next week too so maybe it'll spur me on to be extra good this week!
 
i really hope so! i know ive not been 100% this week but im still dissapointed to have gained, oh well new week starts in the morning :)

half weight watchers wrap approx 3 syns, chicken breas in fajhita powder mix (free), peppers,onions,leafy salad & a clemantine

planned for tea is
SW quich with mixed salad to take to work, so thats eggs, bacon, onions, mushrooms, lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, cucumber & FF salad dressing.

break at work
alpen light bar (HXB) & banana

when i get home from work i'll probably have the other alpen light bar maybe with some more fruit!

so unless i have anything else my total syns for the day will be 3, im wanting to save some up for the weekend as my sis in law has invited the family around to eat the left over xmas food thats still in her freezer as half the family were ill over xmas theres loads left! so i will try to not eat too much rubbish & stick to vodka & diet coke/lemonade.

hifi bar, grapes. strawberries & half a banana

after work for supper
scrambled eggs & half a tin of baked beans

snacks for the day were the rest of my HXB allowance

0 syns as im saving them for Saturday night!


Today will be mainly the same except i will be having sweet potatoe (jacket style) with fat free cottage cheese & salad for lunch

had a sneaky weigh in this morning & its looking good! just hope it stays that way!
 
just done Josie Gibsons 30 second slim dvd! my legs n arms are killing! im not used to doing excersise so i suppose it will be tough at first! planning to do it on monday & tuesday morning again while the kids are at school.
hoping for another 100% day today,
hubby told me last night that his mum wants to take us & the kids out for a meal on monday night but its my weigh day at 7.30pm & i have also promised my consultant i will help by doing the weighing like i did last week, i have told him that im not going! im not spoiling my diet for anything! im on track for a decent loss this week. i have told him that he should go for the meal with the kids, no point us all staying in just because im not going, he's not very impressed with this idea, oh well tuff! it will be bad enough tomorrow night cos we are going to my sis in laws for a drink & left over xmas nibbles so i have been saving my syns for that so im hoping it wont effect my weight loss much, im going to make a SW quiche for me to eat!
its such a pain when other peoples plans ruin all your hard work & they think that your just being mardy! :rolleyes:
 
is it mainly cardio that dvd? if i didnt live in a flat i would get dvds boo.
fair play for not sabotaging your diet. I do that say no to meals and things but people have to realise when your trying to lose weight its not easy to go out all the time. :)
my brother has decided not to come and visit me this month because hes skint also and although im gutted i wont see him im sort of happy i wont have to spend more money and drink lots (which i knew i would have done)
in my eyes i see it as lots of time to party when i feel good about myself :) xxx
