Hi guys
I'm gonna try cal counting this week to see if it was snap me out of my plateau - according to mfp I will be eating 1200 cals and exercising lots (633 cals is my gym ses) wi that would make my net cals 600 odd -
Is that good or should I be eating my exercise cals?!
