Staying on plan!
Soooooooo.....
yesterday i made the decision to come off cambridge due to the fact that i "saw" myself for the first time.
I was sick and tired over xmas being told that i had lost enough weight and it was time to stop. to get to bmi 24.9 i still needed to lose 1 stone and 1lb.
however trying on a new bra in the shop, i "saw" myself in the flattering(!) light and full length mirror in the shop and i was shocked at how thin i was! i'm not saying that i'm underweight, but for my height and age, i think i have lost enough weight.
had already booked my induction at the gym for tomorrow in order to tone and tighten some saggy areas, so i have decided that i will just use that alongside healthy eating for a while instead of trying to lose that extra stone.
i am currently bmi 27.1, 5ft 7" and just about fitting into a size 12.
the reason for the diary is really just somewhere to go and keep an eye on how i'm doing, and not just let it all go to pot! lol
any comments welcomed
