Can someone please help me with the syns for the above?

I fear I have chosen a bad lunch option today!

Its made up from chicken, pasta, peppers, sweetcorn, and a mayo sauce (eek):-

A good Waitrose choice is the bns and roast veg salad from the you count range is only around 2 syns. Not sure of syns in that tho. Are you on ee?

eeekkk! thought it was high. not that enjoyable either so will be avoiding that one in future!

not used any other syns today so not the end of the world!

Agreed! I don't know how big the Waitrose you went to is but look in the actual salad section, there are individual pots there too which are possibly less syns than the good to go range. If it is a "little Waitrose" they may not have them but worth looking
