I have made these for a BBQ - they are free on original days & tasted gorgeous:
Diced Chicken Breast
2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
8 Tablespoons Soya Sauce
2 Tablespoons Granulated Sweetener
1 Chopped Chilli - doesn't matter if it is red or green
4 Tablespoons Chopped Chives
6 Tablespoons Chopped Coriander
Mix everything together in a bowl & marinate the chicken in it for at least 4 hours (I left mine overnight)
Thread onto skewers & cook, serve with a free salad.
