Hi!
I've been "dieting" for nearly 2 years?! I've managed to loose about 31/2 stone doing slimming world, calorie counting and most recently weight watchers!
The last few months all I've been doing is switching between Ww and sw!! Mainly when I run out of points/syns don't stick to the diet have a huff then swap over to the other!!!! Ha ha!
I am driving myself (and my husband mad!) I have decided to stick to Ww I find it to be the most flexible for me right now! I have 2 kids and my husband is Ill so need to be able to grab and go?!?!
Anyway enough rambling I've decided to start again tomorrow with a fresh start! Would do it today but were going to a firework display and it would be rude not to sample the bonfire toffee and the chilling bottle of white in the fridge.....
I'm hoping that keeping track and owning up to my naughtys will help me, feel free to say if I'm pointing things wrong etc I need all the help I can get at them min!!
