5 days of the week you eat normally. ... Although I would say sensibly....2 days of the week you 'fast' so restrict to 500-600 calories. I'm thinking of doing it to help boost my losses... so I plan to 'fast' on Mondays and Thursdays and then the other 5 days stick to my 1200 bit without the panic if I end up at 1500.....
