I completely detest grilled tomatoes and mushrooms and wonder what super free foods I can eat with a cooked breakfast? Any suggestions? Is eating baked beans ok as they are a super speed food?

I've compromised with mushrooms by hiding them under baked beans, but otherwise, I'd either fry some onions to go with it, or have a bowl of fruit before xx
I don't think hiding mushrooms would work for me but thanks for the suggestion. I had one yesterday and had a bowl of melon and blueberries beforehand but just wanted to check and see if that was ok or not
If you're also having an extra healthy you don't have to have 1/3 superfree, but if you're not having a hex you do need to have superfree, yes melon or blueberries etc would work.

Baked beans may be superspeed but they are not superfree, I don't like cooked tomatoes either, I would just have them sliced on the side of the plate. Come to think of it, you can have button mushrooms, finely sliced, uncooked too.
Do you like tinned tomatoes? I drain mine from the juice and mix the chopped toms with the beans then heat them up together. Not much help if you don't like toms at all though.
