Cupcakequeen's weight loss diary...

Weigh in this morning...only 2 pounds this week! I guess I have lost so much in the last week my body couldnt keep up with all that fat burning! only differences this week was the amount of exercise I was doing so won't feel as bad missing gym sessions now! x
 
Thats almost two stone in five weeks

Hi cupcake, I think you are doing amazing I think you are turning fat into muscle and muscle weighs more :) sounds like you have got your head into it all. Keep up the good work x

Well i have to admit i have been absolutely rubbish this week! I went home for my sisters graduation and with lots of celebrations at home I went off the deep end with lots of sugar and a little bit of wine plus lots of other yummy treats! I got back on it 100% on monday and caved again at another celebration tonight. Its hard when people tell you how amazing you look!

I also have another celebration with friends I haven't seen for ages on sat I knew I'd be breaking it soon so getting back into it fully has been tough. I hate this midweek weigh in too so I'm thinking I will aim for monday as my new weigh in to stay on it 100% for another 5 weeks just to shift my next stone because I really really want to hit 12 stone! Im going on holiday now in october too so that is something else to aim for. I have put on 2 pounds but think that might go when I get into ketosis again. Not too annoyed at myself though because I feel I have achieved a lot and I enjoyed every minute off it but know I need to get back into the right mindset of 100% lipotrim to get me over the next hurdle which will be well worth it.

Few hiccups along the way but well done for keeping going & I've got 5 weeks to go before I get off LP as I'm off on holiday. I currently weigh 13st9 from 14st4 as I've had my first weigh in. How much did you weigh at the start? We can do this x

Hey Cupcake, don't beat yourself up over it, I had a blip just but it behind you and back on track, your doing fine x
 
Well Ive really struggled to get back into the diet over the last two weeks. It seems a lot harder to pick it up again, managed a few days then gone off it a couple of times. I started again yesterday (without weighing myself...too scared!) and have stuck to it and will hopefully manage to keep it up for as long as possible again. I want to get another stone-stone and a half off so I really need to keep going with it. The main issue was socialising but took all my friends to a driving range tonight even though no one had played golf before and it turned out to be a lot of fun without a drink or yummy treat in sight! Not bad for men spotting either :) we all got a bit giggly but had a great time and it shows you dont need food to have an amazing time. xxx
 
13.5 that wasnt too painful!!! Hopefully it wont take too long to get back down to week 5 13.0!!! Just need to stick to it! xxx
 
best of luck. I'm on my 4th attempt in the last month to get back on the lipotrim wagon...god knows its not easy but once you reach day 6 you'll fly at it.

Hiya, I weighed 15.7 in January and got down to 14.10 with months of hard work on weight watchers! after I started Lipotrim I managed to get down to 13.0 in 5 weeks! what a difference. Im going to put this wee break behind me and get down to 12 as I know it would make the world of difference! Well done! big losses definitely keep you motivated! xxx

So I have found it really difficult to get back on it and have found myself basically doing refeeding with two shakes and one small low carb meal each night as Im trying to write a dissertation and I couldnt concentrate even into day 5. I feel thats a waste of lipotrim because I do want to spend the whole of august on it before I go on holiday. I had a terrible weekend...was attacked by a customer at the bakery and spent a lot of it dealing with police and very upset...some people are just crazy! he even called me fat at one point which should really have kept me on it but my lipotrim did go out the window and im afraid I calmed myself down with sweet stuff and did end up comforting eat.

So i bought ten days worth of celebrity slim today so not to waste my lipotrim to get me through the next week and its working pretty well into day one. I dont know if anyone has tried it but it has lots of different flavours...but still tastes a lot worse than lipotrim!!! So I will see how that goes this week and hopefully hand my uni work in next wednesday and start all over again :( If it limits any yoyo-ing which is a pattern i seem to have got into the last two weeks i think it will be a positive thing. x
