Hi everyone,
We have a curry night every Friday, I also like a few drinks, tonight it's brandy and diet ginger ale, mmmm

Chicken
1/2 jar Pataks madras paste
Tinned tomatoes
Onions
Mushrooms
2 tablespoons Sunflower oil (only on a Friday as he cooks and will not change his curry!)
Basmati rice
Sharwoods popadom
Fat free yogurt with mint sauce
Chilli pickle and aubergine pickle on the side.
I will probably have 200ml brandy :-0
Today I have ate 1 slice of whole meal bread from a 400g loaf, a slice of ham, 16 crab sticks and 150ml whole milk.
It's my first week so I don't want to sabotage myself but I also live for curry night, what does everyone think? I'm on 15 syns a day and started Monday, the most I have used in any one day is about 10?
Am I safe???
