OK so I've survived my first day on step two (so far)! Just had my little dinner and not feeling too bad.
I could do with some ideas for 200 cal meals as tonight I literally had grilled chicken breast, some green pepper and a handful of salad leaves as I wasn't sure what spices etc I can have! Anyone have any ideas or a link to some recipes? Xx
