I have told very few people that Im on cambridge, partly for this reason. One friend of mine (who is over weight) tells me Im mad doing cambridge, even though she's done LL in the past, and texts me every week to see how my wi went. I think shes jealous, and I think the reason she texts me about weigh in, is because she wants me to have gained.
