Ha ha, good point, I'd probably do myself a mischief if I attempted a cartwheel. I couldn't do then when I was a kid let alone now.

Well I've been AWOL for ages...hadn't realised it's been 3 months since I posted on here. So much for my good intentions of recording my ups/downs/losses/gains etc religiously. No excuses, I've just been occupied with other things.

I've managed to stay on track with SW though, apart from a huge pig out at xmas and similarly huge one for my birthday. They didn't do too much damage though. I'm not far off my original goal now. The weight loss has slowed down of course but it's still going in the right direction.

I'm going to try to catch up with people's diaries this weekend, hope you're all doing swimmingly x
