Easter Challenge

So after genreally only following the diet 5 out of 7 days I haven't managed to lose anything other than the 9lbs I put on over the holiday (which I didn't include above). Bit dissappointed...I have started exercising and gone up to 1000 calories a day and over the past two weeks I have been putting on a bit of weigh rather than losing it. So I know it's partly to do with the 2 weekend days but still fed up about it....just want to lose another half a stone to have a BMI of under 25 and then reevaluate but this last push is so difficult to not lose track...
 
I've definitely done it, but don't know how much by because I can't remember my starting weight! I think I'm 3lbs below my target.
