I'm a little stiff after my first Couch to 5K run but figured it would be worse tomorrow so just convinced myself to do another 50 so I don't lag behind if I feel like a zombie tomorrow!

C25k is great! I got to the end of week three but then went away for three months and have never returned to the programme :-( I'm definitely going to give it a go - got a 5k swim in 7 weeks, so with any luck I'll also be running by then :)

Have done my fifty for today! Had to do 30 take a break and then go back for the other 20 - aha ha!

So can someone please deduct them for me! And also change my amount - I'll go for what everyone else is doing! :) xx
 
I've completed the Couch to 5K before and then got to the end and it kind of petered out as didn't know where to take it. I'm far bigger this time but I have bigger plans too :D

I'm not entirely sure I can even do a sit up..
What constitutes a sit up for the purpose of the challenge?

EDIT: I need a door bar or something, I can't even do one without my legs comming up off the floor..
I guess I need to lose a fair bit more before I can start doing exercise realistically..
