I'm with PatchworkPuss on this one, as long as it's the same every week, it's fine. I've eaten about 30-45 minutes before weigh in every week since I've started, I've still had a reasonable/good loss every week. If you're stomach is ready for tea, then it's ready, and you may leave yourself so hungry that you end up eating a quick, not so healthy meal or snacking just before if you leave a meal til late. I know you can eat unlimited free food on the plan, but there's no point snacking for the sake of it, right?
