Well, here I am, I have reached the end of my short stint (7 weeks) on the CD.
It's been bl**dy hard at times but the results have been worth it. I have my final weigh in tonight so I'm hoping I have lost that final 2lbs to make my 2 stone total loss!
I was talking with my consultant last week and she advised a gradual retreat from sole source - 3 days on 2 shakes and then 3 days on 1 shake, finally going to no shakes. I was wondering if this is really worth it though or if I should just come off it completely and start eating very sensibly.
Any thoughts / advice will be welcome.
