Hello SWers!
I've been wondering for a while, what would make the best rehydrating, energy boosting drink for when I play a round of golf?
I understand that sugar-free Red Bull drinks are free, but the amount of caffeine in them rules out drinking more than one...well, without the headaches and heart palpitations! Before SW I used to drink Lucozade Sport, but these are full of sugars, so have avoided like the plague.
Have seen the new Lucozade drinks at 50 calories (so 2.5 syns or so, I'm guessing) and wanted to ask you good people if you had tried it and, more importantly, did it work for sustained exercise?
Any other suggestions, please?
