Here's a brief story of my weight loss journey:
18 years old: at college, lost loads of weight from walking and gym, got down to a size 10 (the skinniest I've ever been in my entire life)
19 - 22 years old: started a full time job in an office, sitting down all the time and eating my 'normal' food I put on 4 stone and went up to a size 16/18
23 years old: went on Exante TS for the first time for 2 months and lost 2 and a half stone
23 - 24 years old: fully keto diet and maintaining my Exante weight loss like a PRO
25 years old: got an AWFUL job, fell into deep depression, signed off work, put on anti depressants, gained all my weight back due to emotional eating and being home 24/7
Today: I turn 26 in May and I would love to get back down to a size 12, so I'm doing Exante TS for 6 weeks solid. No food week. Just 3 products a day and light exercise to see how much weight I can lose in that time. After that I'm having a week off when I go on holiday for my birthday but I'll probably just go keto
So far I'm feeling okay. It's only my first day back on Exante, but it's so much easier in my mind to do it this time around because I KNOW that it works! I'm going to do light exercise this time round (the first time I did no exercise whatsoever) and I'm hoping that in the 6 weeks I can lose 2 stone. This might be a bit of a stretch, but we shall see!
The most exciting thing is I know that Exante will help me improve my relationship with food. I have an obsessive disorder with food, thinking about it 24/7 and my emotional eating is out of control. Following Exante allows me to take my mind off of food and focus on something else. Bored? Do some colouring in. Feeling hungry? Have some water! The most thrilling thing is I know I'm going to finish these 6 weeks feeling so much healthier both mentally and physically.
For anyone else who is doing TS and doubting the process - just stick with it! I'll try to post on here everyday if I can, but I'm looking forward to seeing how everyone else is also getting on!
