Exercise!

I'm getting over plantar fasciitis (15 months and counting...) - I've improved a lot but still not completely there.

At the moment I am doing a Pilates class once a week and I've just joined 'Pilates anytime' so that I can practise at home too.

Hoping that my foot is improved enough to start increasing walking without making it worse. This is the thing I miss the most...being able to go on those brisk 1 hr dog walks!

I've booked myself on a 2 day a week, 6 week kettlebell course starting in May and hoping that will be the start of some more intensive workouts.
