Hi folks!
I thought I'd share this, as I was pretty excited about this last night. My OH loved it too- and he had no idea it was healthy!
Low-fat, low-carb salad dressing
3 tbsp low-fat plain yoghurt
1.5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1-2 tsp cider/white wine/rice vinegar (anything light and tangy)
1 tsp garlic granules from the spice rack
1/2 - 1 tsp salt
freshly ground black pepper to taste
Mix it all up, put it on your salad, and you're ready to go!
