Im on my 5th day of SS and slipped today, not pleased with myself, rather gutted as I was doing well drinking 3 lts of water a day and drinking shakes. I read that you could split the shakes to take smaller meals so tried this but it left me hungry and my granddaughter brought me a small cake she made so before I realised I'd eaten half. Feeling as though I've messed up big time.
this is my first time on The CD and I'm on SS.
Determined to loose this 2 stone.
my first weigh in is on Wednesday.
i also have an underactive thyroid which is a right pain !! anyone else have same problem?

Goal for Feb. 12lbs.
 
Don't worry everyone has slip ups. It's natural. The best thing you can do is forget about it and get straight back to the diet. The worst thing you can do is say to yourself sod it... And go off plan. We can eat cake when were 80, but we only have a limited amount of time where we look good in dresses etc and can be active and healthy. Don't be disheartened you are not alone. You can still lose loads before Wednesday but main thing is to get into ketosis because they you won't feel hungry or have headaches so it will be much easier. Good luck and let us know npw you go. CDC just left, had a cheeky midweek weigh and I've lost 7.4lbs :)
 
4 days, really happy with that :)
