03/02/2012 Off to a gig tonight and potentially out after so have saved 47 syns upto today (including 10 for today), but have 30 over weekend too just incase!! Also got weighed but bit gutted as gym don't have scales so using me home ones and gained immensley over Xmas....so gota get back in better routine with gym etc, no more working overtime at work!!!

11/02/2012 Weigh in 2, crap gained 1.25lbs, but was off plan 3 days last week, hoping in next few weeks start to lose. Did 1 hr cardio at gym though! Also going to go back to 10 syns per day over weekend too, try shift this fat!! Got 67 syns for this weekend! Also syn free quiches that snack on now bloody lovely!!

10/04/2012 Well spent 4 days off plan, had over 100 syns so hoping that cushions the gain a little. i have soo much coming up next few months think its going to be a slow gain, loss, gain, hopefully after I have 2 weddings, 2 hols out way by July can seriously give it some welly! Back on low sying now for a wedding in 2 weeks. Guessed I would low syn 2 weeks in advance like did last year so if go over syns (which usually do when out all day+night) should make gains a little less. I is hoping!! As I ate about 4 easter eggs over 4 days, o my I have a problem with chocolate!! Did hr cardio on bank hol monday though!
