Slimming for my children
Hi there our consultant said to stir things up a bit this week and most of us are trying red and green days. I find green days really easy but really struggling what to do for red so here is my menu. ....
Breakfast - yoghurt and a banana
Lunch - funky fish salmon with chilli sauce 4.5 syns with salad
Dinner - pulled pork in 2 healthy b wraps (bb) with cheese (a) salad and butter nut squash chips.
Snacks will be fruit.
I am finding so much less choice on red days? X
