2 Potatoes cut in to wedges and oven cooked - Free
Small portion of Slimming World Chilli - Free
Dinner -

1 boiled rice - Free
1 vegetables in black bean sauce - I cant find the syns on this one but the chicken in black bean sauce is 5 syns, so i will go with that.
It had broccoli, water chestnuts, onions, carrot, mushrooms, bean sprouts, peppers - 5 syns
Desert -
Sugar Free jelly - 1.5 syns
Drinks -
750ml of plain water.

vegetables in black bean sauce - 5 syns
= 6.5 syns
My syns are the same as yesterday, but i have deep guilt for having a chinese? Haha. I couldn't find the syns of the vegetables in black bean sauce anywhere, so hopefully it is just the 5 like i counted for.
I haven't had a takeaway in 5 weeks and I still feel like im being really good? I mean I have spent 7 syns on a chocolate bar before, so I shouldnt feel so bad for spending 5 on food. Im an over thinker can you tell? Haha.
I did do 45 minutes of walking with the dog today as well, so hopefully that will counteract any badness! Lol
