Hi Everyone!
It's been a looooong time since I've been on here!
I joined a while ago when I had a lot of weight to lose. I've tried Weight Watchers, Lighter life and Slimming World. SW was the only one that seemed to work for me and I've shed 4.5 stone
However, I have been puttig on a little bit of weight again (new relationship...new job...comfort eating) and need to lose a few pounds!
I am not following any "type" of diet now...just healthy eating with an SW twist! I've written down my food diary below...can someone please let me know if I should make any changes etc...thank you very much!
Yesterday's diary:
07:45 - 2 boiled eggs and a muller light yogurt
10:30 - 2 mini babybel lights
12:30 - 3 gluten free rice cakes
13:30 - SW speed soup and a banana
15:30 - banana
18:00 - spaghetti bolognase (don't get much choice about dinner because I eat with the family!)
Do you think this type of eating will help me lose those extra pounds?
