The local paper wanted a weight loss story for New Year to boost people on. Because I had just won the Miss Slinky award and lost over 4 stone they did an editorial piece about that.

Go for it! Looking at the big picture was too much for me at the beginning so I broke it down into 7lb targets. It is amazing how quick this fly by!!

You look amazing! How do you stay motivated on "slow" weeks?

On slow weeks I step back and look at the bigger picture. I told myself if I only lost 1lb a week for a year that is over three stone! It was better than continuing the way I was which was only getting bigger!
I also took photos of myself at every half stone to remind myself how much I was changing if I didn't feel like it! X
