Hi everyone
I have been reading all the threads on wemitts for a long time, actually feel like I know everyone already
This is my first time posting and making a diary but today I'm having a fresh start and trying new things.
So about me, I'm 28 and live with my bf and 18 month old little boy. I have struggled with my weight for the last 15 years and I feel like I've wasted the best years of my life being on some sort of diet/binge cycle.
I've been to the doctor and he has referred me to a dietician but god knows how long il be waiting for that and also I know what I need to eat and don't eat yet it's never that easy is it.
I've mainly done sw over the years as I find it does work and I enjoy the food, only I never limit myself and then I binge eat. So today I'm trying slim fast to give me a kick up the bum and hopefully because it is set portions il not be able to overeat then binge all night.
I have 7+ stone to lose but my main mission is to not be obsessed with food and just be normal like everyone else!
I really like the wemitts threads I feel like we're all in the same boat and the support is fantastic.
So day 1 today.. Wish me luck!
