Turkey ham isn't a mixture, it's turkey prepared in a way to make it seem like ham (and it's fine on SW, as is turkey bacon). Anything that is plain lean meat is fine, what you need to avoid is the things that aren't just meat but have extra fat, flour, etc added. Luncheon meat, chicken roll, haslet, meats with stuffing, things like that should be avoided. Don't forget to fill 1/3 of your plate with superfree food at each meal too!
