Great news. You know exactly what caused the issue. In many ways you need to fix a new image of yourself. Not the old one (a person with extra pounds and bad eating habits maybe), but the new one (a person with no extra pounds who loves eating healthy, exercising, meeting with like minded people, enjoying life, etc.). You may do a test. Decide just for today to act as if you are the person you want to be. You follow your weight loss plan, go to class, think, talk and act like the person you want to be.
