Hey everyone, I've been on a diet called slim tuition it's basically a version of lighter life so I have 3 foodpacks a day and 1 low fat, low carb meal a day. I started September 1st weighing 15 stone 6 lbs and am currently 13 stone 4lbs which means I've basically list 2stone 2lbs in about 9 weeks. It's fantastic, however ..... When I had my last weigh in my councillor told me that this would be my last weeks supply because she is closing. There aren't any other slim tuition councillors anywhere near me as it's so new. I also knew the councillor very very well and I wasn't paying so it's been free I can't afford to pay for lighter life etc so I'm in a bit of a panic now really because what happens when my foodpacks run out ? I haven't had bread, potatoes, chocolate anything naughty for this whole time I'm genuinely scared that I'm going to put weight back on. Not that I plan on eating those things but in reality I will again at some point and everything has been off limits on this diet so it's been easy to resist. So I'm thinking that I need a new healthy eating plan to follow now and I'm thinking weight watchers is the one. I've done the diet before, never lost massive amounts without giving up but after doing so well and my life finally taking a positive turn I feel ready to commit to it, so I just wondered if any of you had switched from a vlcd to weight watchers before ? I'm probably going to gain a few pounds of my glycogen back and even that scares me. I'm a serial weigher lol ! So the thought of even see a pound added chills me to the bone. I know I just need to relax but I just can't at the moment it's panic stations in my head right now ! Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated xxxx
