Determination is Key
I had a night out tonight, and was pretty good, considering. I stuck to diet coke all night, and on the way home myself and hubby stopped into the chinese.
I allowed myself 1/3 a bag of chips and 1/2 a portion of shredded chilli chicken with no sauce.
The shredded chicken, is covered in some spice/batter thing, and is stir fried with vegetables...
Any ideas?
