Hi I'm new to this and sw! I'm on my 3rd week now. I started of at 10.2 and now an 9.12. I'm reading about people losing so much weight in the first few weeks! Why isn't that happening for me? Am I doing something wrong? Is there anything else I could do?? Here's my diary for today:
Breakfast: 2 weetabix with 250ml semi skimmed milk and then a banana
Lunch: 1 wholemeal bread, 2 eggs, beans with salad
Dinner: Bolognese made with quorn mince and salad
Snack: grapes
Syns, baked hoops and crosses = 4 syns
2X Fun size bag of maltesers = 5.5 syns
