I need help with budget meals

Get yourself on green, chip as chips. Potatoes, pasta, rice, beans, lentils all filling and yummy meals. Also soup is chip if you make it homemade and you can get yuuor veg in as well :)

Totally agree with that one, make up a load of stew/curry/shepards pie and freeze it!

One of the major things I've found to save money is order shopping online. This helps by planning you weekly meals (and you don't pass all those so called 'bargins' that you didn't need anyway!)
and you can search for the special offers on the stuff you do want.

I use sainsburys (not known for it's cheapness), but the basics range is super priced and as I love red days you can search on line for '2 for £5' or '3 for £10' on the joint of meat ;)
