ProPoints I want a Gold Card!!!

Hi all,

Been a member a while now and have been dancing around 10 and a half stone since July. So now its time to get serious and get that gold card. So i am going to start a food diary and hope it keeps me on track.

Any tips/ suggestions etc would be greatly appreciated :)....

Monday 19 Sept

Breakfast 7pp
Milk allowance 3pp
Porridge (made with water and a bit of milk) 3pp
Blueberries 0
Banana 0
Rice cake 1pp

Lunch 9pp
2 slices ww bread 3pp
(I used Brennans ww bread, I pointed one the multiplied it by 2 and it came up at 3??)
100g spaghetti loops 1pp
WW Bakewell Slice 2pp
3 Ginger nut biscuits 3pp
Melon 0
Grapes 0
Apples 0
Had fruit over the course of the afternoon and biscuits also!!!


Dinner 10pp

Ready to wok noodles 3pp
Prawns 100g 3pp
carrot, red, green and yellow pepper, garlic, ginger, onion 0pp
1 tbsp of sweet chilli sauce, sesame seed oil, oyster sauce and dark soya sauce
( I don't point these as its divided between 4 of us)
WW yog 1pp
LF tesco orange bar 2pp
Rhubarb 1pp

Used milk for porridge, coffee and tea.
Drank my water. No walk today cause it was yucky....
